About

My name is Pinky Sharma, and I am a Child & Adolescent Mental Health Psychologist, Special Children Expert, and Parents & Family Counsellor.
For the last several years, I’ve been working with children who face behavioural, emotional, and developmental challenges. My goal has always been to ensure that no child feels misunderstood or left behind just because they think or behave differently.
I believe that every child’s mind is a garden — and with the right care, patience, and guidance, it can bloom beautifully.
Through my sessions, I help children express their emotions better, manage their behaviour, and rebuild confidence in themselves and their relationships.

At Nurtured Minds, we are dedicated to promoting the emotional and mental well-being of children and adolescents.

Our mission is simple —
👉 To nurture young minds with care, empathy, and evidence-based psychology.
With years of counselling experience, Pinky Sharma has guided hundreds of children and parents towards better communication, improved behaviour, and stronger emotional balance.
Our Core Values:
Compassionate & Non-judgmental Care
Confidential & Safe Environment
Family-Centred Approach
Growth-Oriented Therapy

💖My Passion

Since childhood, I have been deeply fascinated by human emotions and the innocence of young minds.
When I saw how children struggling with behavior or learning issues were often labelled as “problematic,” I made it my life’s mission to change that mindset.
Counselling is not just my profession — it is my passion and purpose.
Each time a parent says, “My child is improving”, I feel an inner happiness that no award can replace.
Helping children smile again, communicate freely, and discover their true potential gives me strength and motivation to continue my work every single day.

🎯My Goals

My ultimate goal is to build a generation of emotionally strong, confident, and self-aware children — children who can face life’s challenges with resilience and positivity.
Through Nurtured Minds, I wish to create a space where parents and children can find hope, healing, and growth together.
In the coming years, I aspire to expand this initiative to reach more families — especially those who have limited access to mental health support — and spread the message that
“Behavioural issues don’t define a child’s future; the right care does.”
